How to Submit
Email: dmca@stickeranythingapp.com
Subject Line: "DMCA Counter-Notification"
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action seeking an order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity within 10-14 business days, we may restore or cease disabling access to the content.

Misrepresentation and Abuse
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed or disabled by mistake may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
Before filing a DMCA notice, please ensure you own or represent the copyright owner and that the content genuinely infringes your copyright. Consider fair use and other legal exceptions before submitting a notice.
Fair Use and Limitations
We may decline to remove content if the DMCA notice is incomplete, invalid, or if the use may qualify as fair use under copyright law. We do not make legal determinations about fair use, but we may consider such arguments when evaluating notices.
Not all unauthorized uses of copyrighted material are infringing. Fair use may apply in cases involving commentary, criticism, parody, news reporting, education, or transformative use.
AI-Generated Content
Sticker Anything uses AI to transform user-uploaded photos into stylized stickers. When filing a DMCA notice:
- Focus your notice on the original uploaded photo if you believe it infringes your copyright
- Be specific about which element infringes your work
- Note that AI transformations may be considered derivative or transformative works
If you're unsure about the copyright status of AI-generated content, we recommend consulting with an intellectual property attorney before filing a notice.
