Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Sticker Anything! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sticker Anything mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Sticker Anything, LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and posting a notice in the app or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Requirements

1.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Sticker Anything. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

1.2 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing:

A valid email address
Your name
A username
A secure password (or authenticate via Google/Apple)

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Keep your login credentials confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

1.3 Account Restrictions

You may only create one account. You may not:

Share your account with others
Use someone else's account
Create an account using false information
Create an account if we have previously terminated your account
Use automated means to create accounts

1.4 Username Policy

Your username must:

Be unique
Not impersonate another person or entity
Not contain offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate language
Not infringe on trademarks or intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign usernames at our discretion.

2. AI-Powered Sticker Generation

2.1 How the Service Works

Sticker Anything uses artificial intelligence technology (powered by OpenAI) to transform your photos into custom digital stickers. The process includes:

You upload a photo from your device
You select an artistic style
Pro users may add custom prompt modifications
Our AI generates a stylized sticker with transparent background
You can save, share, or download the result

2.2 AI Generation Disclaimer

Important: The Service uses third-party AI technology, and results may vary. We do not guarantee:

The quality or accuracy of AI-generated stickers
That the AI will interpret your photo or prompts as expected
Specific turnaround times for generation
That all generations will be successful

AI-generated stickers are produced automatically and may sometimes produce unexpected or unsatisfactory results. We are not responsible for the creative output of the AI.

2.3 Content Restrictions

You may only upload photos and create stickers that comply with our content policies. Prohibited content includes:

Illegal Content: Content that violates any law or regulation
Harmful Content: Violence, gore, self-harm, or content promoting dangerous activities
Adult Content: Sexually explicit or suggestive content
Hateful Content: Content promoting hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
Infringing Content: Content that violates intellectual property rights
Personal Information: Content containing private information of others without consent
Deceptive Content: Misleading, false, or fraudulent content
Impersonation: Content impersonating individuals, brands, or organizations

OpenAI's content filtering is automatically applied to all generations. Attempts to bypass content filters or generate prohibited content may result in account suspension or termination.

2.4 Generation Process and Token Charges

Our generation process includes three phases:

Validation Phase: Your photo and prompt are validated for content policy compliance
Generation Phase: If validation passes, the AI generates your sticker
Token Deduction: Tokens are only deducted after successful generation

Important: Tokens will not be charged if:

Validation fails due to content policy violations
Server errors occur during generation
Generation times out (after 10 minutes)

You may retry failed generations without additional token charges.

3. Token System and Virtual Currency

3.1 What Are Tokens?

Tokens are virtual currency used within Sticker Anything to create AI-generated stickers. Each sticker generation requires 1 token (1 token = 1 sticker).

3.2 Obtaining Tokens

You can obtain tokens through:

Free Tier:

1 token granted upon initial signup (one-time only)
All tokens never expire

Subscription Plans:

Monthly token grants based on your subscription tier
Tokens provided at the start of each billing cycle
All tokens never expire, including subscription tokens

Token Packs:

One-time purchases available in various pack sizes
Specific pack names, sizes, and pricing displayed in the app
Purchased tokens never expire
Pro subscribers receive discounted pricing on token packs

3.3 Token Terms

Tokens are virtual items with no real-world value. You acknowledge and agree that:

Tokens cannot be redeemed for cash
Tokens cannot be transferred to other users
Tokens cannot be sold, traded, or bartered
Unused tokens have no cash value and are non-refundable (except as required by law)
We reserve the right to change token requirements or pricing with notice
Token balances may be subject to technical errors or adjustments

3.4 Token Expiration

Tokens never expire. All tokens granted through signup, subscriptions, or purchases remain available in your account indefinitely, regardless of subscription status.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers at various price points, providing different monthly token allocations and Pro features. Specific plan names, pricing, and token amounts are displayed in the app and may change at any time.

All subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.

4.2 Pro Features

Pro subscribers receive additional benefits beyond the free tier. Pro features may include, but are not limited to:

Monthly token allocations based on subscription plan
Discounted token top-ups
Custom prompt modifications
Access to premium exclusive styles
Unlimited community sticker downloads
Verified creator badges on profile
Sticker organization with collections
Additional features as they become available

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove Pro features at any time. The current list of Pro features is always displayed in the app. Some features may be introduced as Pro-exclusive and later made available to all users, or vice versa.

4.3 Billing and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method:

At the start of your subscription
Automatically at the beginning of each renewal period
For any additional charges (such as token pack purchases)

You will be charged at the current rate at the time of each renewal, which may differ from the initial rate if pricing has changed.

4.3.1 iOS/Android Purchase Account Binding

Important: When making a subscription purchase through iOS (Apple App Store) or Android (Google Play Store), your subscription is permanently linked to both:

Your Apple ID / Google Play account
The Sticker Anything account you were logged into at time of purchase

This means:

The Sticker Anything account used for your first-time subscription purchase will be permanently linked to your Apple ID / Google Play account
Future iOS/Android subscriptions will automatically apply to that same Sticker Anything account
You cannot purchase or manage subscriptions for multiple Sticker Anything accounts through the same Apple ID / Google Play account
Your monthly token grants and Pro features are tied to this account and cannot be transferred

Restore Purchases: You can restore your subscription on the same Sticker Anything account across multiple devices. However, you cannot restore or transfer the subscription to a different Sticker Anything account.

If you want to subscribe on a different account:

You must cancel your subscription on the original account
Wait for the subscription to fully expire
[Optional: Delete the original account]
Only then can you subscribe on a new account with the same Apple ID / Google Play account

Before subscribing: Ensure you are logged into the correct Sticker Anything account.

4.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed directly through:

Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) for iOS users
Google Play Billing for Android users

We do not store, process, or have access to your payment information. All billing, subscription management, and payment disputes are handled directly by Apple or Google through your app store account.

You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your account. If a payment fails, your subscription benefits may be suspended by the app store until payment is received.

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

App Store Subscriptions settings (iOS: Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions)
Google Play Subscriptions (Android: Play Store > Account > Subscriptions)

Important: You must cancel through your app store account. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf since all billing is managed by Apple or Google.

When you cancel:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
You retain Pro features until the billing cycle ends
All tokens in your account remain available (tokens never expire)
No refunds for partial months

4.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices, token pack prices, and plan features at any time. Current pricing is always displayed in the app and in your device's app store listing.

For existing subscribers:

Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle
You will be notified of price changes before your next renewal
New prices apply to subsequent billing cycles after notification
You may cancel before renewal to avoid the new price

4.7 Refund Policy

All payments are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are subject to their policies:

iOS users: Contact Apple Support for refund requests. Apple's refund policy applies to all purchases.
Android users: Contact Google Play Support for refund requests. Google's refund policy applies to all purchases.
We cannot process refunds since we do not handle payments directly.

Generally, the following apply:

Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or app store policy
No refunds for unsatisfactory AI generation results
No refunds for unused tokens or partial subscription periods
Refunds for technical errors preventing service access will be evaluated by Apple or Google

4.8 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or other governmental fees associated with your use of the Service.

5. Content Ownership and Licensing

5.1 Your Content - Original Photos

You retain ownership of all photos you upload to create stickers.

By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to:

Process your photos through our AI service (OpenAI)
Store your photos on our servers (Supabase)
Generate AI-modified versions (stickers)
Display your photos in your account

This license is:

Non-exclusive (you can use your photos elsewhere)
Worldwide
Royalty-free
For the duration your content remains on the Service

5.2 AI-Generated Stickers

You own the AI-generated stickers created from your photos.

However, by using the Service, you grant us a license to:

Store stickers on our servers
Display stickers in your account and profile
Process stickers for technical operations (backups, optimization, etc.)

5.3 Public Stickers - Additional License

When you share a sticker publicly (via the social/explore features), you grant us and other users an additional license to:

License to Sticker Anything:

Display your public stickers in the explore feed and trending sections
Use your public stickers in promotional materials, marketing, and advertisements (with attribution)
Show your username and profile in connection with your stickers
Generate thumbnails and previews

This promotional license is perpetual and continues even if you later delete the sticker or make it private. Once you share a sticker publicly, we may continue to use it in promotional materials, screenshots, and marketing where it has already been incorporated, as it would be impractical to track and remove all past uses.

License to Other Users:

View your public stickers
Download your public stickers for personal use
Like and share your public stickers

This license to other users continues until you delete the sticker or make it private. However, users who already downloaded your sticker before it was made private may continue to use their downloaded copy per the download terms.

5.4 Download and Usage Rights

Downloaded Stickers:

Free users: Limited to 10 downloads per month of others' public stickers
Pro users: Unlimited downloads of public stickers

Permitted Uses:

Personal, non-commercial use
Social media sharing with attribution
Personal digital communications

Prohibited Uses:

Reselling or distributing downloaded stickers
Claiming downloaded stickers as your own work
Using downloaded stickers for commercial purposes without creator permission
Removing attribution or watermarks

5.5 Commercial Use

If you wish to use stickers commercially (yours or others'):

You must have appropriate commercial licensing
Contact creators directly for licensing of their public stickers
Pro users may have commercial use rights for their own generated stickers (check subscription details)

5.6 Content Representations and Warranties

By uploading photos or creating stickers, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have the right to use the photos you upload
Your photos do not infringe on anyone else's intellectual property rights
Your photos do not violate any person's privacy or publicity rights
Your content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms
You have obtained necessary permissions for any identifiable people in your photos

6. Social Features and User Conduct

6.1 Social Features

The Service includes social networking features:

Public Profiles:

Username, display name, bio, avatar
Publicly shared stickers
Follower/following counts
Like counts on public stickers

Interactions:

Following other users
Liking public stickers
Downloading public stickers (subject to monthly limits for free users)

Discovery:

Explore feed showing recent and trending public stickers
Search functionality for users and stickers
Algorithm-based recommendations

6.2 User Conduct Rules

When using the Service, you agree NOT to:

Prohibited Activities:

Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
Post spam, advertisements, or unsolicited promotional content
Impersonate any person or entity
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Violate any local, state, national, or international law
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Share others' private information without consent
Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior
Use bots, scripts, or automation tools
Scrape, harvest, or collect user data
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
Circumvent security features or usage limitations

Consequences:Violations may result in:

Content removal
Warning notices
Temporary suspension
Permanent account termination
Legal action

6.3 User Interactions Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

Interactions between users
Content posted by other users
Disputes between users
Accuracy of information shared by users
Users' compliance with these Terms

You interact with other users at your own risk.

7. Content Moderation and Removal

7.1 Our Moderation Rights

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to:

Review any content uploaded to the Service
Remove or refuse to display content that violates these Terms
Remove content for any reason or no reason
Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
Cooperate with law enforcement
Disclose content to authorities if required by law

7.2 Reporting Content

If you believe content violates these Terms or infringes your rights:

Report via App:

Use the "Report" button on any sticker or profile
Select the appropriate violation type
Provide details about the violation

We will review reports and take appropriate action, which may include:

Removing the content
Warning the user
Suspending or terminating the account
No action (if no violation found)

7.3 Appeals

If your content is removed or your account is suspended:

You may contact us to appeal the decision
Provide information supporting your appeal
We will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe
Our decision is final

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Sticker Anything, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Remove or alter proprietary notices or labels
Use our trademarks without written permission
Frame or mirror any part of the Service
Use automated systems to access the Service

8.2 AI Style System

The AI style prompts, templates, and generation systems are proprietary to Sticker Anything. You may not:

Extract or replicate our style prompt engineering
Use our AI systems for competitive purposes
Reverse engineer how styles are applied

8.3 Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service:

We may use them without obligation or compensation to you
You grant us all rights to use, implement, and commercialize the feedback
You waive any moral rights or attribution claims

9. Copyright Infringement and DMCA

9.1 DMCA Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

9.2 Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent with:

Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
Description of where the infringing material is located on the Service (URL or sticker ID)
Your contact information (address, phone, email)
Statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
Statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Statement made under penalty of perjury

9.3 Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the removed material and its former location
Statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification
Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction
Statement that you consent to service of process from the complainant

9.4 Repeat Infringer Policy

We will terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers, as required by the DMCA.

10. Third-Party Services

10.1 Third-Party Dependencies

The Service relies on third-party providers:

OpenAI:

Provides AI generation technology
Subject to OpenAI's Usage Policies and Terms
May have service interruptions or changes

RevenueCat:

Manages subscription billing
Subject to RevenueCat's terms

Supabase:

Provides database and storage infrastructure
Subject to Supabase's terms

App Stores:

Apple App Store (iOS)
Google Play Store (Android)

10.2 Third-Party Terms

Your use of the Service is also subject to:

OpenAI's Usage Policies
Your app store's terms of service (Apple or Google)
Payment processor terms

These third-party terms are incorporated by reference. Violations may result in service disruption.

10.3 No Liability for Third Parties

We are not responsible for:

Third-party service outages or failures
Changes to third-party services or pricing
Third-party terms or policies
Actions taken by third parties

11. Privacy and Data

11.1 Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

By using the Service, you consent to:

Collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy
Processing of your photos through OpenAI's systems
Storage of your data on Supabase servers
Cross-border data transfers (including to the United States)

11.2 Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive:

Service Communications (Required):

Account-related emails
Security notifications
Terms or policy updates
Support responses

Marketing Communications (Optional):

Promotional emails (you can opt out)
Push notifications (you can disable)

12. Service Availability and Changes

12.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted access to the Service
Error-free operation
That the Service will be available at any particular time
Any specific uptime or reliability

12.2 Scheduled Maintenance

We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily disrupts the Service. We will try to provide notice when possible, but are not required to do so.

12.3 Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to:

Add, modify, or remove features at any time
Change how features work
Discontinue the Service entirely (with reasonable notice)
Change token requirements or pricing
Add or remove AI styles

We are not liable for any changes, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

12.4 Beta and Experimental Features

Some features may be marked as "beta," "experimental," or "early access." These features may initially be offered exclusively to Pro subscribers or to all users:

Are provided for testing and feedback purposes
May contain bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior
May not work as expected or described
May be modified significantly or removed without notice
Come with no guarantees, warranties, or service level commitments
May transition from beta to general availability (or be discontinued)

Pro-Exclusive Features: We may introduce new features as Pro-exclusive benefits. These features may later be made available to free users, remain Pro-exclusive, or be discontinued entirely at our discretion.

13. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

13.1 WARRANTIES DISCLAIMER

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT
TITLE
ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY
ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

The Service will meet your requirements
AI generation results will be satisfactory
The Service will be available at any particular time
Any content will be accurate or reliable
Defects will be corrected

13.2 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STICKER ANYTHING, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

Indirect, Incidental, Special, Consequential, or Punitive Damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits or revenue
Loss of data or content
Loss of use or enjoyment
Cost of substitute services
Damage to reputation
Business interruption

Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for all claims related to the Service is limited to the greater of:

$100 USD, or
The amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose

13.3 Specific Disclaimers

AI-Generated Content:

We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated stickers
AI results may vary and are not guaranteed
You use AI-generated content at your own risk

User Content:

We are not responsible for content posted by other users
We do not endorse any user content
User interactions are at your own risk

Third-Party Services:

We are not responsible for OpenAI, RevenueCat, Supabase, or other third-party service failures
Third-party service changes may affect our Service

13.4 Basis of the Bargain

You acknowledge that these disclaimers and limitations are essential to our ability to provide the Service at no charge (for free users) or at the current pricing (for subscribers), and form the basis of the bargain between us.

13.5 Jurisdictions That Do Not Allow Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sticker Anything, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and third-party service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your use or misuse of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any law or regulation
Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
Content you upload or generate
Your interactions with other users
Any breach of your representations or warranties in these Terms

This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

15. Account Termination

15.1 Termination by You

You may request account deletion at any time through:

App Settings > Account > Delete Account
Emailing support@stickeranythingapp.com

Deletion Process:

Your account is immediately deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days
During the 30-day grace period, you can reactivate your account by signing in
After 30 days, your account and data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered

Upon permanent deletion:

Your profile, stickers, and personal data will be removed (see Privacy Policy for details)
You are responsible for canceling your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Account deletion does not automatically cancel active subscriptions, and you may continue to be charged unless you cancel through your app store account settings.
Unused tokens will be forfeited (no refunds)
A pseudonymized record of deletion is retained for compliance purposes

15.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:

You violate these Terms
You violate our content policies
You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
You harass or harm other users
We are required to do so by law
We discontinue the Service
For any other reason at our sole discretion

15.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination by us:

You lose all access to your account
Content may be deleted at our discretion
We cannot directly cancel your app store subscription. You must cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to stop future charges. Refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google per their policies.
Purchased tokens are forfeited (except where required by law to provide refunds)
You may not create a new account without our permission

15.4 Data Retention After Termination

After account deletion, we handle your data as follows:

Deleted Within 30 Days:

Your profile, username, and account information
Stickers you created and uploaded photos
Social interactions (likes, follows, activity)
Most personal and behavioral data

Retained for Legal and Business Purposes:

Financial Records (Required by Law):

Transaction history and payment records
Subscription history
Minimum information required for tax compliance and accounting (typically 7 years)
Includes: email address, transaction amounts, dates, and payment processor details

Terms Acceptance Records:

Records that you accepted our Terms of Service
Version accepted and acceptance date
Retained indefinitely for legal protection

Fraud Prevention and Security:

Records of account termination (including reason and date)
Email address or hashed identifier to prevent abuse or unauthorized re-signup
Retained for 30-90 days for voluntary deletions, indefinitely for policy violations or bans

Legal Compliance:

DMCA takedown notices and copyright claims
Records required by law enforcement or legal proceedings
Content moderation and violation records
Retained as required by law

Aggregated Anonymous Data:

Statistical data that cannot identify you individually
Retained indefinitely for business analytics

Re-Signup Policy:

You may create a new account after voluntary deletion, potentially subject to a waiting period
Accounts terminated for Terms violations may be permanently restricted from re-signup
We may use email verification to enforce these restrictions

16. Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to:

Contact us at support@stickeranythingapp.com with details of your dispute
Attempt to resolve the dispute informally
Provide us with 30 days to respond and work toward a resolution

16.3 Binding Arbitration

Agreement to Arbitrate:If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree that all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except as described below.

Arbitration Rules:

Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
Governed by AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules
Arbitration will be held in Florida or another mutually agreed location

Class Action Waiver:YOU AND STICKER ANYTHING AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU AND STICKER ANYTHING WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Exceptions:This arbitration provision does not apply to:

Small claims court disputes (up to jurisdictional limit)
Intellectual property disputes
Requests for injunctive relief

Opt-Out:You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@stickeranythingapp.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, email, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

16.4 Jurisdiction and Venue

For disputes not subject to arbitration:

You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts in Florida
You waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum

17. App Store Specific Terms

17.1 Apple App Store

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

These Terms are between you and Sticker Anything, LLC, not Apple
Apple has no obligation to provide support for the Service
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you have relating to the Service
Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country
You comply with all applicable third-party terms when using the Service
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you

17.2 Google Play Store

If you downloaded the app from Google Play Store:

These Terms are between you and Sticker Anything, LLC, not Google
Google has no obligation or liability with respect to the Service
You comply with all applicable Google Play Store terms
Google is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms to the extent specified in the Google Play Terms of Service

18. General Terms

18.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms you've agreed to, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sticker Anything, LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

18.2 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.

18.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

18.4 Assignment

You may not transfer or assign these Terms or your account to anyone else without our written consent. We may assign these Terms or our rights and obligations without restriction.

18.5 No Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and us.

18.6 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Natural disasters
War or terrorism
Government actions
Labor disputes
Internet or telecommunications failures
Third-party service outages (OpenAI, Supabase, etc.)

18.8 Export Controls

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

The Service may use or include software or technology that is subject to U.S. export controls. You agree not to export or re-export the Service in violation of applicable laws.

18.9 Electronic Communications

By using the Service, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us. You agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

18.10 California Residents

19. Referral Program

19.1 Program Overview

We offer an optional referral program that allows users to invite others to join Sticker Anything. When a new user (referee) signs up using your referral code and makes their first purchase, both you (referrer) and the new user may receive token rewards.

How It Works:

Share your unique 6-character referral code with friends
New users enter your code during account creation
When the new user makes their first purchase (subscription or token pack), both of you receive bonus tokens
Rewards are credited automatically upon purchase completion

19.2 Eligibility

To participate in the referral program, you must:

Have an active Sticker Anything account in good standing
Not be suspended or banned from the Service
Comply with all Terms of Service
Be at least 13 years of age (or age of majority in your jurisdiction)

Both free and Pro users may participate in the referral program.

19.3 Referral Rewards

Reward Structure:

New User (Referee): Receives tokens when making their first purchase
Code Owner (Referrer): Receives tokens when referee makes their first purchase
Reward amounts are displayed in the app and may change at any time

Purchase Requirement:

Referral rewards are only granted when the new user (referee) makes their first purchase of a subscription or token pack. Account signups alone do not trigger rewards.

Time Limit:

The referee must make their first purchase within 30 days of signing up with your referral code. After 30 days without a purchase, the referral expires and no rewards will be granted.

Reward Timing:

Tokens are credited automatically upon purchase completion
Rewards typically appear within minutes of purchase
Referral status changes from "Pending" to "Rewarded" when tokens are granted

19.4 Referral Tokens Terms

Referral tokens are subject to all token terms in Section 3:

Have no cash value
Are non-transferable
Cannot be redeemed for cash
Never expire
Can be used to generate stickers just like any other tokens

19.5 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

Self-Referrals:

Use your own referral code on accounts you create
Refer yourself through any method
Create multiple accounts to generate referral rewards for yourself

Fake Accounts:

Create fake, bot, or duplicate accounts to abuse referrals
Use automated tools to generate referral signups
Create accounts solely to claim referral rewards

Fraudulent Activity:

Make purchases with intention to refund for referral rewards
Coordinate with others to artificially generate referrals
Use stolen payment methods to trigger referral rewards
Engage in any scheme to abuse or game the referral system

Misrepresentation:

Make false or misleading claims about the Service
Make false claims about features or rewards
Impersonate Sticker Anything or claim official affiliation
Misrepresent how the app works or what users will receive

Automated Abuse:

Use bots, scripts, or automation tools to distribute referral codes
Use automated messaging systems for bulk distribution
Deploy referral farming operations or commercial schemes without authorization

19.6 Sharing Your Referral Code

You are encouraged to share your referral code through any legitimate channels, including:

Social media posts and stories (personal or business accounts)
Personal website, blog, or content platforms
YouTube videos, TikTok, or other content creation
Messaging apps with friends, family, or followers
Paid advertising campaigns (social media ads, Google ads, etc.)
Influencer marketing or affiliate-style promotion
Online communities and forums (following their rules)

When sharing, you must:

Accurately represent the Service and its features
Not make false claims about what the app does or rewards offered
Comply with the terms of service of platforms where you share
Disclose your referral relationship if required by platform rules or regulations (e.g., FTC guidelines)
Not use automated bots or scripts for distribution

19.7 Fraud Prevention and Investigation

We reserve the right to:

Monitor referral activity for suspicious patterns
Investigate referrals that appear fraudulent or abusive
Request additional verification for suspicious accounts
Review purchase patterns and refund activity
Analyze device, network, and behavioral signals to detect abuse

If we detect abuse or violations:

We may withhold referral rewards
We may revoke already-granted referral tokens
We may suspend or terminate involved accounts
We may ban users from future participation in the referral program
We may take legal action for fraud or theft of service

Our decision regarding referral abuse is final and not subject to appeal.

19.8 Refunds and Chargebacks

Important:

If a referee (new user) refunds their first purchase or initiates a chargeback:

We do NOT claw back referral tokens already granted to the referrer
However, patterns of abuse (coordinated refunds, repeated chargeback referrals) are prohibited
Repeated instances may result in account termination

This policy is designed to be fair while preventing coordinated refund schemes.

19.9 Program Modifications

We reserve the right to, at any time and without prior notice:

Change referral reward amounts (tokens granted)
Modify eligibility requirements
Add or remove features from the referral program
Change the purchase requirement or time limits
Suspend the referral program temporarily
Discontinue the referral program entirely

Changes to the program will not affect rewards already earned and credited. However, pending referrals (those waiting for first purchase) are subject to the rules in effect at the time of the purchase.

19.10 No Guarantee of Rewards

We do not guarantee:

That referral codes will result in signups
That signups will result in purchases
Any specific number of referrals or rewards
Continued availability of the referral program

The referral program is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

19.11 International Participation

The referral program is available to users worldwide, subject to:

Availability of the Service in your country
Compliance with local laws regarding referral programs
Payment processor availability for purchases

You are responsible for ensuring your participation complies with local laws and regulations.

19.12 Tax Responsibility

Referral rewards (tokens) are provided for personal use within the Service. You are responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from receiving referral rewards in your jurisdiction. We do not provide tax advice or reporting for referral rewards.

20. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR USING STICKER ANYTHING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

You have read and understood these Terms
You agree to be bound by these Terms
You are of legal age to form a binding contract
You accept all risks associated with using the Service
You understand that AI-generated content is not guaranteed
You agree to the limitations of liability and warranty disclaimers
You agree to binding arbitration and waive class actions
You consent to electronic communications and notices
